Sina´s steady passion since childhood has always been people -their needs, motivators and the creation of their desired futures. Since the age of 14, she is a passionate practitioner of Positive Psychology and to today keeps studying the effects of Psychology on happiness, success and health.​

​

During her agile leadership journey, she has been responsible, among other things, for the shaping of high performance of teams.

 
 
 

Throughout her journey, Sina repeatedly experienced the hands-on effects of transformed work values, attitudes, and human interactions. She was fascinated to see, now in practice, how human factors are often the key to turning teams from unreliable to high-performing, while simultaneously increasing employee satisfaction—both of which ultimately lead to monetary success.

During this period, her life mission crystallized sharply: creating workplaces filled with joy, passion, and high performance.

 

To this day, Sina continues working with world-renowned figures in personal and business development.

Today, Sina dedicates her work to executives, managers, and leaders, helping them become champions who shape workspaces filled with joy, passion, and success through value-driven, authentic, and inspirational leadership.
