Story, Mission & Vision
As an agile leader, my job was exactly this: continuously removing what was slowing my teams down. What I discovered along the way: the root cause is almost never where you first look.
What fascinated me: when you change how people lead - their communication, the trust they build - and simultaneously fix the structures around them, the numbers follow. Not as a side effect. As a direct consequence.
Leadership beahaviour, structures and performance are not separate levers.
They are interconnected like gears. When all three align, teams transform. And the results show up where it counts: in engagement, performance and joy.
